SHIPBUILDING AND REPAIR

– Welding – All the workers offered by us are highly efficient and reliable. They cover most of the welding proficiencies and
processes as: (MIG, MAG, 135, 136 and 138- H-L045 ss nd) / (111-H-L045ss nd) / (TIG 141, 142, 143, 145 – HL045ss nd). Welding
positions (PA, PB, PC, PD, PE, PF, PH plate) and pipe 45 degree. Currently certified by Lloyd’s Register, DNV and Bureau Veritas.
– Hull Works – Our workers will be responsible for welding all the metal structures that make up the ship, which includes the ship’s
hull plates, frames, girders, tanks, foundations, pipes, etc. Our hull workers will play an important role in the quality of structures
produced in the yard, so we take upmost measures to keep them trained and follow the latest trends and standards in this area.
– Pipe Works – We have personnel with experience in fitting pipes, connecting them with motors, pumps, filters, heat exchangers,
valves, measurement and control equipment. Cutting, bending, threading and welding pipes made of all types of materials, repair
works on all units including pipelines, boilers and tanks.
– Blasting – shot blasting, hydro-jetting or slurry blasting
– Industrial painting and coating – We offer skilled painters to be in help of your industrial painting or renovation projects. They
have years of experience in variety of fields. Our team does not just paint or coat surfaces, but ensures a long-lasting finish.

– Insulation – thermal acoustic or fire insulation on decks, bulkheads and walls in the ship.
– Electrical works and wiring – Electricians trained in all crafts necessary for engine maintenance, refrigeration, pumping, water
purification, oiling, evaluating engine gauges, etc.
– Cleaners – cleaners can be used to remove shipyard debris (dust, weld slag, welding rod ends, etc).
